Nishanthan Janarthanarajah, known online as Nishy, founded Agent Studio in September 2026 and builds it himself. His home on the web is www.nishyai.com.

He is a full-stack engineer and engineering lead with more than seven years of shipping production software in TypeScript, Next.js, React and Node.js on Vercel, AWS and Azure. He has scaled an engineering team from 6 to 31 people, led enterprise B2B platform delivery, and works hands-on with headless CMS architecture, technical SEO, performance engineering and CI/CD.

His recent work is applied AI: production Retrieval-Augmented Generation assistants on Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI with Pinecone vector search and role-aware prompt guardrails; Model Context Protocol servers that let LLM agents generate code from Figma designs and author headless CMS content with governance; and an AI interviewing and CV-screening platform with explainable shortlists.

Why he built Agent Studio

Putting agents into real businesses kept hitting the same wall: the orchestration was code nobody wanted to maintain, safety was a library someone forgot to add, and every change meant a redeploy of an API layer written by hand. Agent Studio is the answer he wanted: draw the agent, make guardrails and a prompt-injection shield part of the drawing, and get a versioned API from one button.
