Terms of service

Agent Studio lets you design AI agents on a visual canvas, test them, and deploy them as HTTP endpoints. Model responses are produced by third-party language models (currently served by Groq). We do not guarantee that any output is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them and for how your agents are used.

You sign in with Google. Keep your account secure and tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.

• New accounts get a 7-day free trial with one agent. When the trial ends, the builder and any deployed agents pause until you choose a paid plan. Your designs are kept.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in USD through our payment partner, Polar, who acts as merchant of record. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing section and may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
• You can cancel at any time from the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; we do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
• If you downgrade, agents above the new plan's limits are paused, not deleted.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law, infringe others' rights, or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful;
• build agents that deceive people about being automated where disclosure is required, or that collect personal data without a lawful basis;
• attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, guardrails, or security measures, or to reverse engineer the Service;
• send spam, malware, or abusive traffic through deployed endpoints.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You own the prompts, policies, designs, and inputs you provide, and the outputs your agents produce. You grant us a licence to store and process them only as needed to run the Service. We do not use your content to train models. Requests and responses are logged so you can see traces; you can delete an agent, which removes its designs, deployments, and logs.

Each deployed agent has an API key. Anyone holding the key can invoke the agent and consume your plan, so keep it secret and rotate it if it leaks. Deployed endpoints are provided on a best-effort basis; we may apply fair-use limits to protect the platform.

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid plans.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for losses arising from model outputs or third-party services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the Service and delete your agents at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (content, liability, disputes) continue to apply.

We may update these terms. We will show the new date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
